The Parkway Tavern is a Tacoma beer lover's institution. The Rusty Cleavers are happy to return to the tavern's annual IPA festival. There is an outdoor stage and all the beer a body can handle. There is music all afternoon. The Cleavers play from 4:45-6:45. No cover, 21+, 6pm.
